KELP - Kelp improves feather conditioning, molting, and helps birds that experience iodine deficiency, because kelp is particularly rich in the trace element iodine and tocopherol (Vitamin E). Additionally, kelp is a great source of Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Potassium, 12 vitamins (including A, B1, B2, C, D and E ), 21 amino acids and over 60 minerals and trace elements.
GREEN LENTILS - Green lentils are great for parrots due to their low caloric content, and high iron and folate quantities. Lentils are an excellent source of protein. Green lentils reduce several heart disease risk factors with health-promoting polyphenols (micronutrients that we get through certain plant-based foods).
CAYENNE PEPPER - Cayenne is native to tropical America where many of our feathered friends hail from. Cayenne is known for its blood cleansing properties, fending off disease and to also equalize blood circulation. Don’t worry, Cayenne wont “burn” birds the same way it does to us humans. Cayenne strengthens the heart action but at the same time it does not increase blood pressure. It is known to have antibacterial properties and to prevent heart attacks and stroke.
CARROTS - Carrots are rich in vitamins and a favorite among many pet birds. Containing high levels of beta-carotene, carrots support optimal eye health, which is important for birds of all species.
Non-GMO rice, organic hulled millet, organic yellow split peas, organic bulgur wheat, non-GMO green lentils, organic pearled barley, organic quinoa, non-GMO almonds, dried celery, non-GMO dried carrots, non-GMO dried red and green bell peppers, organic cayenne pepper, cumin, dried kelp.
Stovetop: In a medium saucepan, bring 2-1/4 cups (530ml) of water and 1 cup (235ml) of Hearty Veggies to a boil. Cover with tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Note: As altitude increases and atmospheric pressure decreases, the boiling point of water decreases. To compensate for the lower boiling point of water, the cooking time must be increased.

Hearty Vegetable
My Bungies didn't like the Hearty Vegetables, It has too much rice in the mix. It was also too wet. So now I mix the Heaty Vegetable with the Beano fry. But they won't eat much of the Hearty vegetable. I wish they would. Also I received a coupon in my email however when I attempted to use the code it failed. Thank you Charlene

My Grey & B&G Macaw Immediately Loved It!!
I like to feed my African grey and blue and green macaw lots of variety however I haven't had good luck in the past with cooked birdie food until I purchased Hearty Veggies. They both immediately fell in love with this and I will be buying more as a result!!!

Birdfully Delicious
We have “3” exotic, feathered babes in our home. A Make, sulfur-crested cockatoo, a female Solomon Island Eclectus & a male African Grey. We ordered several, various recipes and our birds, absolutely- DEVOUR them - All!! I prepare this 2x per week for them, as a reward. I am FORCED- to remain a repeat- buyer, now or our birds will not be happy with Mommy ♥️♥️♥️

Quaker Parrot, Painted Conure momma
Trying to keep up with fresh clean foods for my babies was becoming difficult. Between everyday life’s hustle bustle and work schedule I felt they where missing out on well rounded nutrition. When I saw this food option I just knew they would love it. My Conure is a picky eater (he always goes for the sweets) but he will eat this food. My Quaker empty’s the bowl. She loves, loves , loves it. I will be trying more flavor varieties next order. I freeze cooked portions in a ice cube trays then transfer to a bag. It makes it easier to feed them every day. I also feel this feed is fairly priced. Anyway try it and see for yourself.

New flavor for our birds
We have fed our birds the usual seed and pellet food. When I saw this product I decided to try it as a treat for the birds. They loved it!! Our Mccaw is so excited to get the food he will pull his food bowl in before my husband can finish filling it. If you have birds this needs to be part of their diet.

Finally, a chop they like!
I’m so happy my birds have found something besides birdie “junk food” they like! I’m not sure what flavors make this different than the other stuff we’ve tried but who cares - it’s natural, it’s convenient, and they love it and that’s all that matters!

Hearty Veggies
I usually feed this flavor to my budgie but lately hes been "chuckin" the food like hes getting tired of this flavor. So honestly I think im gonna have to switch flavors here next month... Its touch and go with this food trying to find the right flavor for your bird.

Great bird food
My African Grey Parrot loves the hearty vegetable food. She cleans her bowl every time. It is very easy to make and feed her. She likes it straight out of the fridge no need to reheat.

My parrots love this food, I’ve tried all of them now. I feel I’m doing something healthy for my birds and not giving them sunflower mix!
