My bird loves Bird Street Bistro food. His favorite is Cajun Bean. I like it too as it smells delicious. He also loves the Apple Berry for breakfast with a few blackberries thrown in. We mix in a chop of carrots and butternut squash in both.. he hates carrots and squash but they are good source of vitamin A which his breed needs a lot of. He doesn’t even notice it is there. This food would have helped my previous bird who had an issue with his beak which made it difficult for him to chew.
My bird dislikes it
Mango loves his bird street bistro. He's eating Bean Bistro, Apple Berry and Halcyon tea.
My bird loves all your flavors of food. It’s very healthy and easy to make so that just make it even better for both of us!!!

Product Features:
Treat your parrot to a delicious meal with fresh, authentic Cajun flavors. Cajun Bean parrot food is a holistic parrot food that delivers a balanced nutrition with organic couscous, hulled millet, quinoa, and more. Dried fresh vegetables and beans add satisfying texture that your parrot, macaw, or cockatoo will love to crunch on! Bell peppers, corn, and celery aren’t just good for you – they’re also essential for your feathered friend. Healthy food for birds should be rich in texture and color to encourage foraging. They’ll love the wide range of natural ingredients and flavors. Exquisitely seasoned with bold Cajun flavors that smell just as good as they taste. Make meal times more interesting with heart-healthy cayenne pepper, vitamin-rich basil, warm paprika, and earthy cumin.
- Organic and 100% all natural ingredients
- Rich in amino acids and essential vitamins
- Easy to cook in just 3 minutes
TRITICALE - Triticale is a hybrid grain of wheat and rye. The average protein content of wheat is about 12%, rye's is lower, about 7%; triticale runs about 15-17%. Triticale contains a healthy balance of amino acids and twice as much lysine as wheat. CAYENNE PEPPER - Cayenne is native to tropical where many of our feathered friends hail from. Cayenne is known for its blood cleansing properties, fending off disease and to also equalize blood circulation. Don’t worry, Cayenne wont “burn” birds the same way it does we us. Cayenne strengthens the heart action but at the same time it does not increase blood pressure. It is known to have antibacterial properties and to prevent heart attacks and stroke. QUINOA - Quinoa is jam-packed with lysine and healthy amounts of the other amino acids that make a protein complete. Additionally, quinoa is a super food full of phosphorus, calcium, iron, vitamin E, and assorted B vitamins. BASIL - Basil contains very high levels of vitamin K, which is fat-soluble and essential for coagulating the blood. This herb also provides good levels of vitamins, A, B6 and C, iron, calcium, manganese, tryptophan, magnesium, potassium and fiber.
Organic couscous, organic rolled triticale, non-GMO red beans, non-GMO black beans, organic hulled millet, organic rolled kamut, organic quinoa, non-GMO dried celery, non-GMO dried bell peppers, basil leaves, organic cayenne pepper, ground paprika, ground cumin.
Microwave: Place 1 cup (235ml) of Cajun Bean Feast on the Fly in a large microwaveable bowl. Add 1-1/4 cups (295ml) of water. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, just until water begins to boil. Attend microwave during cooking to prevent boiling over. Remove from microwave, cover tightly, and let cool before serving.
Stovetop: Add 1 cup (235ml) Cajun Bean Feast on the Fly to 1-1/4 cups (295ml) boiling water in a medium-sized pot. Stir just until the product is moistened. Remove from heat, cover tightly, and let cool before serving. Note: As altitude increases and atmospheric pressure decreases, the boiling point of water decreases. To compensate for the lower boiling point of water, the cooking time must be increased.

My Grey loves it! She finished it all.
My grey was not eating as usual when I gave her the cajun food she ate it all! I purchased the sample pack and she liked the others but would leave some but she cleaned her bowl of cajun. It is so easy to prepare and in such a short amount of time. Love it.

Bird Street is the ONLY chop I feed my flock. I swear by it. My Parrot Town birds absolutely love it. My Indian Ringneck Benny, Tiels (Augie and Frankie will eat any mix), and Goffins Cockatoo Ellie will eat any of Bird Street's mixes. Currently, Charlie my Timneh really only enjoys the Viva La Veggies, Hearty Veggies, Cajun Bean, and Southern Feast. So, since the majority of the flock is easier to please, I go with those blends for Charlie's sake. Peachy my Moluccan is an old rescue bird and he's suspicious of everything, so he still won't give it a try, yet (but that's nothing against BSB...that's him being a picky old man lol). Took me years to get him to try veggies after we first brought him home. So, I suspect he'll eventually come around. I do add organic broccoli chunks, and organic sweet peas to the mixes after it boils and I set it aside to cool down (that way the veggies cook a little bit, but still have that nutritious crunch to them). The birds absolutely LOVE it like that, and it really balances the chop out well by doing this. I wanted to add a video I posted on a blog I wrote about Bird Street last year (it's of Charlie chowing down and is just so precious, eyes pinning, head bobbing, and beaky covered in food lol), but the uploader understandably only accepts images. So, here's Frankie, Augie, and Benny enjoying Viva La Veggies :) Thank You for all of your hard-work Bird Street! We have a very very short list of brands of parrot food my flock agrees on and I feel fantastic giving them, and yours is absolutely one of them.
