In regards to the 1 stars

So I have not tried the bird foods but I am planning on it. What I will say is from what I have read of the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews it seem like they are new to birds and bird food and have probably been feeding a seed diet for far to long and having trouble switching. It's the same as us. If you take someone who had has a love for junk foods pizza, chip, fast food and suddenly try to get them to eat kale and tofu they are going to hold out and throw a bit of a fit. But that same person after one year of a healthy switch will feel much happier and be much healthier. So you might burn through some waisted food switching but the 1 2 3 star rating read like human fail not bird.

All my birds wait for bird bistro in the morning every day!

My birds get bird bistro and chopped fruits and veggies every day. They will all fly to the kitchen to (not so patiently) wait for me to put it in their bowls. I have 2 budgies, 1 Sulfur Crested Cockatoo, 1 Sun conure, 2 green cheek conures, and 2 quakers and they all love it.
